An exciting opportunity for a Lead Quality Analyst play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services for a leading client in the Insurance sector.

Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and / or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and proven work experience as a as a Lead and Quality Analyst;
- Should have familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices;
- Experience in leading and managing a quality assurance team, including mentoring and providing guidance to team members;
- Hands on experience in Selenium or other open-source platform for UI Web Testing;
- Experience using xUnit / jUnit / postman / soapui or other open-source platform for API Testing;
- Good understanding in jmeter or other open-source platform for performance testing;
- Expertise in automation through development, .Net or Java;
- Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts;
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Certified in TOSCA / Selenium / Automation testing tools;
- Experience working in the Insurance Industry.
Responsibilities
- Being responsible to lead and manage the quality assurance process, ensuring that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards;
- Define and implement quality assurance strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistent and effective testing processes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to define quality requirements and standards for projects;
- Involve in development and execution of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality, performance, and usability;
- Conducting thorough and systematic testing of applications, systems, and processes to identify defects, bugs, and other quality issues;
- Leading the identification, tracking, and resolution of quality issues, working closely with development teams to ensure timely and effective resolution;
- Developing and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring they are up to date and aligned with project requirements;
- Mentoring and provide guidance to quality assurance team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development;
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and track key quality metrics and report on quality status and trends;
- Continuously evaluating and improve the quality assurance process, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality assurance and testing;
