We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Software Tester to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role to ensure our software operates seamlessly, meets client requirements and testing software applications encompassing both manual and automated testing responsibilities.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree or Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Software tester (Manual / Automated);
- Stronger experience in System Test, Integration Test, and/or User Acceptance Test;
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall or Agile projects;
- Possesses Robust analytical skills with a proven ability to rapidly grasp complex business and systems challenges, offering tailored solutions for clients;
- Ability to adapt to varying workloads, multitask with meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Knowledge of TOSCA;
- Experience in team management.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders and the project team to identify, analyse, and review design needs and requirements, aiding in the estimation of testing scope and schedule;
- Develop and maintain software testing deliverables, including test plans and functional test cases, ensuring they align with requirements;
- Execute functional testing;
- Manage defects efficiently;
- Gather and report on testing progress;
- Embrace, implement, and promote for the company's software testing and quality assurance processes;
- Engage actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
