Our client is looking for a collaborative and creative Business Analyst to be the bridge between the digital marketing and development team. This role will help facilitate the design of digital customer experiences across multiple channels including web and mobile applications.
- Degree in Computer Science/IT/IS;
- At least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst;
- Good experience in requirements gathering, functional testing and documentation;
- Experience on web and mobile application projects;
- Ability to work hands-on with technology for feature analysis and product demonstration;
- Creative and resourceful, pro-active and solution-oriented mindset;
- Effective understanding and hands-on experience of latest web best practices;
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Experience on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and testing.
- Interact with end users to identify business requirements and processes as well as understanding stakeholders’ business needs and priorities;
- Act as a bridge between Digital Marketing Team and IT Development Team;
- Liaise with various stakeholders and work with internal cross-functional teams;
- Provide subject matter expertise relative to application delivery;
- Execute tests based on created test steps and expected test results formed on test cases
- Manage developers’ queries and support business users’ queries;
- Resolve application functionality related issues and provide support and troubleshooting for application.
