We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to liaison between technology and businesses with background working on Investment Reporting Projects.

Primary responsibility will be to manage and deliver investment reporting initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Computer Science, Computer Engineering;
  • Has at least 5 years of IT project management experience in driving large-scale enterprise-wide projects in financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of finance and investment principles, including financial analysis, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to investment management;
  • Experience in project plans, milestones, measures, budgets, resource and time management;
  • Experience of facilitating workshops and working with both external vendors and internal stakeholders;
  • Strong vendor management and team/stakeholder communication skills;
  • Drives team work to resolve complex business issues through sharing in-depth knowledge and experience;
  • Excellent leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus;
  • Resourceful and proactive team player with excellent analytical and planning skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • PMP / CITPM Certified.

Responsibilities

  • Be the single point of contact for Project Implementation matters related to the Investment Reporting projects initiatives;
  • Responsible for all aspects of project management and involve in justification of Business and Financial cases ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from Investment, Compliance, and Risk departments to develop business case and to define project scope, goals and deliverables;
  • Meet project deadlines, identify project obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate and resolve issues effectively;
  • Manage project changes, risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the project;
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documentation;
  • Communicate all key project plans, changes, risks and issues to all relevant stakeholders timely and accurately;
  • Collaborate with and manage all project stakeholders, such as sponsor, business users, other IT teams and external vendors, for project activities;
  • Conduct regular quality assessment, review & validate investment project performance and actively take preventive/corrective actions.
