An exciting opportunity for experienced Head, Product Management lead and innovate in Digital Space.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Science or a related field;
- At least 8 years of experience in product management and 2 years of managerial experience;
- Familiar with the latest technologies, innovations and customer journey strategies;
- Ability to drive business through technology and identify problems in all aspects of business;
- Rich experience in leading innovative product strategies and implementations;
- Understand the product design, user expectations, user experience and gap analysis;
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, business knowledge, project management experience;
- Ability to work independently, manage a team and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in eCommerce.
- Work closely with the management on logistics and transportation technology roadmap, product visions, product strategy in line with the corporate goals and objectives;
- In charge of effective communication of product initiatives and priorities among the multiple organisations under the same parent company;
- Liaise with development teams, product managers, UX designers and product operation teams and external vendors to deliver on the roadmap;
- Involve in complete product development lifecycle from understanding customer experience, concept development to successful delivery;
- Lead, manage, train and attract the team of Product Managers;
- Work across different functions, time zone and locations to evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions;
- Providing overall direction for technology product development;
- Develop internal and external partnerships and networks to achieve business goals;
- Identify new product opportunities and enhancements by conducting customers / market research and competitive analysis and gathering customer feedback / usage;
- Update of project plans, status, budget, schedule and reporting to the key stakeholders.
