We are looking for an experienced Implementation Analyst to manage and implement projects within the banking domain.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Should have 8 – 10 years of experience in executing complex projects involving multiple applications and systems;
- To work as an individual contributor under the direction of project manager;
- Must have experience in successfully implementing software programs using agile and other conventional approaches;
- Experience in application analysis, design, and development preferably on credit card implementation and migration projects;
- Must have adequate level of technical experience to provide leadership for the development teams and to be able to evaluate and solve complex risks effectively;
- Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and system processes at times of need;
- Must be able to lead and negotiate business solutions that balances technical capabilities, cost and time;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills ;
- Ability to manage vendors and stakeholders;
- Must possess strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Good to have knowledge on consumer finance products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assessing the technical needs of hardware, software, security standards, and monitoring systems specific to the program;
- Responsible for managing the end to end process of the project;
- Accountable to ensure appropriate equipment to meet the operational needs;
- Responsible for preparing and executing mock runs, integration of third-party vendor install plans and end to end product implementation for Go-Live;
- Work on improving technology system for given non functional requirements and for future business growth plan;
- Responsible to coordinate across teams both internally and externally;
- Work on clearing project level difficulties for the team;
- Manage and communicate with domain experts/ leads to ensure key project meetings are occurring effectively including project financials, committee meetings and cross functional meetings ;
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management;
- Drive the adoption of agile methodology across teams.
