Our client is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide helpdesk service and end-user IT support to their internal employees.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent;
  • At least 1 years of related working experience in IT operations and end-user computing support;
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fast problem solving skills in new situations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Skill(s)
ITIL Certified.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day technical support for end users for laptop, printers and mobile devices;
  • Onsite and remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems;
  • Running reports to analyze common issue and problems;
  • Asset management for IT assets;
  • Liaise with vendors and end users for purchasing, repair and warranty services of IT related items;
  • Maintain and monitor office IT Infrastructure;
  • Assist in Onboarding and Offboarding of end users;
  • Assist in Meeting Room setup (Room booking, Screen sharing);
  • End User Cisco IP Phone support;
  • Provide support services on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android.
