Are you bubbly and cheerful? Do you love talking to people? Then we need YOU! . We are looking for someone who is 100% customer-oriented and filled with positive energy to join us as a Customer Service Office for a Contact Centre.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • At least Diploma in any discipline;
  • At least 6 months' experience in Sales/Customer Service/Contact Centre/Call Centre;
  • Possess strong customer service orientation and proven excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to interpret customer needs correctly;
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and negotiation skills;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Effective interpersonal skills. Able to relate well to people at all levels.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Previous Banking or Insurance Industry experience is added advantage 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering personalized service to customers on banking products and services enquiries; 
  • Solicit customer feedback and identity problems to improve services;
  • Identify cross sell opportunities during customer interaction;
  • Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries;
  • Should be able to commit to a 5-day work week, with rotating shifts.
