Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree with at least 3 – 5 years of working experience in Writing/Designing content;
  • Demonstrated experience as a Content Creator, Copy lead Producer, or similar role;
  • Familiar with Project Management approaches and phases of the project life cycle;
  • Have a portfolio of published articles or digital content;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience working in the banking industry.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for writing, curating, adapting and optimizing B2B content across multiple financial categories and products;
  • Experience in managing end to end- content editing to publishing process;
  • Proof – read information to achieve committed results and ensure it meets the established deadlines, functionality and quality standards;
  • Ensure integration of SEO optimization techniques while developing content;
  • Responsible to work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the requirements;
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience for development and deployment projects;
  • Ensure content adheres to corporate guidelines;
  • Establish a good working relationship with influencers and content contributors.
