We are looking for a motivated and driven Business Analyst to join our esteemed client in insurance sector for their life insurance projects.
- Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering;
- Hands on experience of 3-4 years as a Business Analyst;
- Experienced in requirements gathering, planning, management and communication;
- Well versed in business process modelling and design;
- Strong knowledge of Life insurance products;
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamwork well in a collaborative environment.
- Strong knowledge of Life Asia/Life 400 application ;
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions ,gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats;
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications;
- Improve systems by designing modifications;
- Translate complex business requirements to both functional and technical specifications;
- Drives team work to resolve complex business issues through sharing in-depth knowledge and experience; Assumes responsibility for delivery of quality outcomes of complex and business critical projects
