A well-established company in financial services is embarking upon a digital ecosystem strategy involving loyalty rewards for its customers on mobile and other platforms. Seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Analyst to be a part of the Strategy and Transformation team.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems;
  • At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst for complex mission-critical systems;
  • Prior experience in customer campaign oriented processes and solutions;
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis and work flow definitions;
  • An articulate communicator with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skill to liaise with people across different levels and departments;
  • Fast learner, passionate about innovating and adding value to key business initiatives;
  • Analytical out of the box thinker with a problem-solving disposition.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Prior experience in insurance or banking.
