A well-established company in financial services is embarking upon a digital ecosystem strategy involving loyalty rewards for its customers on mobile and other platforms. Seeking a dynamic and innovative Business Analyst to be a part of the Strategy and Transformation team.
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems;
- At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst for complex mission-critical systems;
- Prior experience in customer campaign oriented processes and solutions;
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis and work flow definitions;
- An articulate communicator with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation;
- Excellent stakeholder management skill to liaise with people across different levels and departments;
- Fast learner, passionate about innovating and adding value to key business initiatives;
- Analytical out of the box thinker with a problem-solving disposition.
- Prior experience in insurance or banking.
