Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science;
  • Prior experience in executing SQL queries and testing process;
  • Good exposure to implementation of systems; strategic projects and business transformation; 
  • Experience in test planning, test cases / scripts / scenarios creation and execution;
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills;
  • Analytical and detail oriented;
  • Self-starter and able to work independently;
  • Excellent written and communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Knowledge on banking operations experience or testing.


  • Provide hands-on support in testing enterprise applications on various platforms;
  • Responsible to conduct user acceptance testing, results verification prior to production release;
  • Administrative activities related to testing;
  • Coordinate with business users/stakeholders to gather necessary elements for successful testing;
  • Create test case/scripts and scenarios;
  • Execution of the test cases as per each test cycle;
  • Perform root cause analysis on issues encountered;
  • Ensure all test cases are rectified before closing each test cycle;
  • Analyze test results and measure KPIs against defined quality criteria;
  • Provide test summary and regular reports.
