Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Business or Accountancy or Finance or Marketing;
  • Successful experience in affluent customers portfolio management, or customer segmentation;
  • Experience in developing and driving customized engagement propositions for specific target audience;
  • Excellent soft skills to handle Stakeholders Management;
  • Ability to gather, analyze and present information precisely and clearly;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • People person to work with cross functional departments to develop product offerings and the mode of execution.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Analytics-Driven Segment Marketing; 
  • Experience in banking or insurance domain is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to lead, formulate, and execute customized customer engagement programs;​
  • Work hand-in-hand with various Product Owners and Marketing Team to identify customers\’ needs to develop strategies;
  • Explore the most suitable marketing medium for each customized plan to ensure effective distribution;
  • Enhance customer brand engagements via creative marketing activities;
  • Source & work with vendors to derive proposition offerings to affluent segment;
  • Keep track of ROIs of each marketing programs & continuously seek for improvements;
  • Develop below-the-line customer communication plan from initiation to tracking;
  • Involved in Client Engagement via events, campaigns and customized programs.
