- Degree in Business or Accountancy orÂ Finance or Marketing;
- Successful experience in affluentÂ customers portfolio management, or customer segmentation;
- Experience in developing and drivingÂ customized engagement propositions for specific target audience;
- Excellent soft skills to handle Stakeholders Management;
- Ability to gather, analyze and present information precisely and clearly;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- People person to work with cross functional departments to develop product offerings and the mode of execution.

- Experience in banking or insurance domain is preferred.
- Responsible to lead, formulate, and execute customized customer engagement programs;â€‹
- Work hand-in-hand with various Product OwnersÂ and Marketing TeamÂ to identify customers\’ needs to develop strategies;
- Explore the most suitable marketing medium for each customized plan to ensure effective distribution;
- Enhance customer brand engagements via creative marketing activities;
- Source & work with vendors to derive proposition offerings to affluent segment;
- Keep track of ROIs of each marketing programs & continuously seek for improvements;
- Develop below-the-lineÂ customer communication plan from initiation to tracking;
- Involved in Client Engagement via events, campaigns and customized programs.
