Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science;
  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience in financial institutions;
  • ​​Good knowledge in insurance business operations;
  • Strong attention to detail and strong analytical;
  • Ability to independently plan, carry out and track assigned tasks to ensure their timely completion;
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills​;
  • ​Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience with Core Insurance Back-end system;
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations in web and mobile areas;


  • Conduct requirement gatherings with Business Users and perform requirement analysis;
  • Document the requirement analysis findings, business rules and process in clear and concise manner;
  • ​Work closely with the development team to articulate business requirements and translate into technical specifications;
  • Create and execute testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT);
  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders for discussion of project issues and solutions for the resolution of problems;
  • Perform report generation for Business Operation purposes;
  • Fine-tune, maintain and document system configurations.
