  • We are looking for an Infrastructure engineer who has experience in IT Service management within the banking and financial services industry.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems;
  • Has minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience in ITSM;
  • Experience in handling major incidents and managing production application support;
  • Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM;
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Must be open to work in a 12-hour rotational shift roster;
  • Good communication skill.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Technical knowledge of Linux, Solaris and Unix hardware, operating system and system services (volume manager, le system, NTP, DNS, clustering, SSH, TSM, ITM etc);
  • Experience in banking industry.


  • Follow the defined incident and problem process and escalation when needed, as defined in the escalation matrix;
  • Notify in the Incident and Problem Management process when standards and procedures are not being followed;
  • Reroute the misdirected incidents and problems which have not been handled in a timely manner;
  • Identify incidents and problems which need special attention and escalate appropriately;
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues with items not complying to process;
  • Oversee creation and availability of process reports and analyzing reports;
  • Ensure completeness and integrity of information collected to conduct daily operations;
  • Establish measurements and targets to improve process effectiveness and efficiency;
  • Card and key issuance management for secured room;
  • Carry out tasks assigned by the team manager, which help to prevent potential incidents;
  • Any other ad- hoc responsibilites.
