Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analyst within the banking and financial services domain with project management background. 
 

Mandatory Skill(s)

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis;
• Must be able to work closely with stakeholders and the team to determine acceptable solutions; 
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; 
• Efficient planning, organizational and analytical skills; 
• Attention to detail and a good team player. 

Desirable Skill(s)

• Prior work experience within banking domain;
• Knowledge of banking and financial products.

Responsibilities

• Recommend solutions to business problems through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations; 
• Understand and conceptualize the stakeholders requirement and walkthrough the same with the teams; 
• Closely work with the technical teams to design and deliver structured solutions;
• Lead and manage project related issues; 
• Create and execute testing plans and coordinate User Acceptance Test (UAT);
• Identify obstacles, proactively mitigate risks and escalate issues to be resolved effectively;
• Support in the Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities and ensure that users requirements and requests are delivered timely, accurately and successfully.
