Mandatory Skills:

  • Degree or Diploma in IT/Finance/Business with an aptitude for creating Clients based on the value creation;
    Ideal candidate shall have proven track record in Sales or Business Development or Client Management in IT professional services or IT Recruitment or IT Staffing business;
  • A focused & disciplined person with an ability to own-up the responsibilities and deliver the desired results within the agreed deadlines;
  • Passion in the search/staffing business;
  • Capable of working independently to lead the transactions to closure and making sound decisions in the absence of detailed instructions;
  • Excellent communications, written and presentation skills;
  • A person with a desire to live a meaningful life and with high integrity.

Job Requirements:

  • Formulate business strategy based on Client needs analysis for IT Recruitment consulting services for assigned industry segment or territory;
  • Own-up and execute the agreed strategy to increase the revenue in line with business potential of the assigned industry segment or territory;
  • Work towards exceeding the agreed monthly/quarterly KPIs to grow the portfolio of assignments;
  • Develop excellent relationships with prospects/Clients to convey support and confidence with regards to the Sciente International’s capabilities, taking responsibility for Client delight and ensuring continued relationship at all levels within the Client’s organization;
  • Ensuring the compliance with Sciente’s values, policies and all laws;
  • Career growth of the position: Performers shall grow to Practice Lead/Business Director level.
