  • Aptitude in IT Recruitment is a must;
  • Excellent command over written/verbal English; excellent inter-personal skills; natural aptitude for prudence & customer service;
  • A person with a desire to live a meaningful life and with high integrity.

Desirable skill(s):

  • Prior experience in IT recruitment is an advantage.

Job Requirements:

  • Incumbent shall be responsible for market research/candidate management of the process;
  • Ensure the end-to-end recruitment consulting/search process is followed:
  • Understand the requirements from technology, business & needs perspective with a consultative approach;
    • Formulate the right strategy for the assignment;
    • Use various techniques to search & attract the right candidates globally;
    • Review/assess the potential candidates’ career goals, job & behavioral competencies to meet the desired expectations;
    • Recommend/present the summary of short-listed candidates;
    • Manage the candidate’s expectations with full transparency;
    • Manage the logistics until the successful on-boarding;
    • Work towards exceeding the agreed KPIs to grow the portfolio of assignments.

Based on the performance, successful candidates can grow to Lead Consultant and Managing Consultant positions.
