We are looking for strong a Java Developer to work on a project with a leading financial institution for their lending platform.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering and / or Computer Science;
- At least 5-6 years of Java development experience;
- Should have experience developing high-performing, enterprise grade applications using Java / J2EE;
- Hands on with Unix, SQL and RDBMS databases;
- Demonstrable experience with Spring framework(Spring boot preferred);
- Experience in developing microservices, and have knowledge in Autosys, NDM, Kafka, SFTP, MQ;
- Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles;
- Ability to communicate and present technical information in a clear and unambiguous manner;
- Strong ability to work independently and cooperate with diverse teams in a multiple stakeholders environment.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Knowledge in Dev-Ops ;
- Knowledge in Flexcube.
Responsibilities
- Capture the requirements and develop the application;
- Follow the clean coding standards and SOLID design principles for development;
- Contribute to the large scale projects through hands-on development;
- Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals;
- Develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports;
- Ensure that necessary changes / enhancements are implemented and documented as per corporate standards and guidelines;
- Perform code reviews and contribute to the overall code quality, maintainability and testability of the software developed;
- Co-ordinate deployment, test and release of applications developed;
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions;
- Provide ad- hoc and support where required.
