An excellent opportunity to join as a Salesforce Technical Consultant. You will be part of the Information Technology (IT) Digital team, driving technical excellence to create dynamic and scalable Salesforce solutions.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering;
- Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud;
- Good understanding of SFDC fundamental concepts (application, data and security), CRM domain knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud) and Salesforce Lightning framework;
- Strong technical foundation in integration components for SFDC, SFDC APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK APIs), Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Visualforce, Apex callout, inbound & outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, middleware;
- Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup, such as managing organisation, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data & support processes configuration;
- Experience in report & dashboard configuration;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; experience in both process and solution analysis;
- Strong interpersonal skills, results oriented and ability to work independently and effectively in a global team environment;
- Ability to multitask effectively and deliver working solutions on a tight schedule and fast-paced environment;
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Salesforce Certification;
- Service Cloud Consultant certification;
- Experience with OmniStudio & Omniscript will be a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for development, testing , implementation and documentation of Salesforce application;
- Design custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layout, workflow, approval processes, validation rules & flow;
- Handle change request and implement enhancements using Salesforce frameworks and Apex;
- Conduct analysis and configuration of Salesforce, implement, and test the platform-specific solutions, and/or other related packages and add-ons;
- Develop and maintain integrations between SFDC and 3rd party services (eg. APIs, middleware);
- Migrating/Deploying codes and SFDC components using out of the box and/or other deployment tools;
- Document faults, implement resolution & retests, to agreed standards;
- Able to adapt to the fast-changing environment and ambiguous situation;
- Identify areas of improvement and develop mitigation plans.
