Mandatory Skill(s)
Skills required:

  • Graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience or MBA graduate.
  • Proficient in data analysis, excel and Powerpoint.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are often required, along with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing business environments.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the life insurance sector or related industries.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing high-impact projects.
  • Innovation: Creative thinking with a knack for developing innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and proactive approach to navigating a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities
Drive consulting kind of cross-functional projects which includes:

  • Current state assessment which includes quantitative analysis: Data deep dive and qualitative analysis
  • New design basis gaps and root causes
  • Pilot program with continuous tracking, monitoring
  • Assesses the financial implications of strategic initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and impact of proposed strategies
  • Coordinates the execution of strategic projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and progress is tracked.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders
  • Develops communication collaterals and materials to effectively convey strategic objectives, initiatives, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducts industry benchmarking research for various parameters – New Business, Renewals/Persistency, Claims, Unclaimed, product strategy, channel strategy, new technology enhancement of various players.
