We are seeking an experience PMO to provide support in planning, scheduling, tracking and managing our client's financial chargebacks for their various in-house projects..
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related discipline;
- Has at least 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, project delivery or PMO;
- Proficient in project management software and financial analysis tools;
- Possesses a strong understanding of financial principles and practices;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Skilled at problem-solving, planning, and organizing;
- Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills;
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Past working experience in banking and financial sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial charge backs for in-house products and infrastructure;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines and milestones;
- Monitor charge back progress, making necessary adjustments to meet targets;
- Track monthly product usage and compare it with allocated licenses and infrastructure;
- Perform risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate charge back risks;
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management and stakeholders;
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies;
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost project efficiency and effectiveness;
- Oversee project documentation, including financial records, contracts, and agreements;
- Provide overall project progress and status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio;
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
