Our client is looking for a leader to drive and implement all aspects of the design process, from conception to launch.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Design, Arts, Computer Science or related field;
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in as an UX/UI Designer in a software/tech business;
  • Good experience with product management;
  • Possess knowledge on UX/UI and able to design and create simple UI drafts;
  • Proficient with Interaction Design, Visual Design, User Research, Front End Development, Product Design Strategy;
  • Good hands on experience with Figma, Zeplin, Adobe CS (AI, PS, PR);
  • Excellent experience of customer experience and engagement in digital businesses;
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and passion for innovative solutions and brand experiences that enable progress for our customers;
  • Experience of software engineering practices and tools in Agile & Scrum;
  • Ability to work with and manage stakeholder at all levels;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Able to work in fast and challenging environment.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Agile / Scrum Certifications;
  • Banking or Insurance experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead/Architect/Deliver customer centricity through business strategy, customer experience management/innovation, research and insight, iterative design/rapid prototyping and forward-looking strategies;
  • Understand and design the customer insights into user journeys, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes;
  • Planning of product roadmap aligning to company’s business strategy and design guidelines;
  • Work alongside the production team to define user stories and translate into detailed requirements and tasks;
  • Prioritize the various features and tasks for the production team;
  • Spearhead activities in UI design, produce design concepts and detailed design using visual design drafting tools for both internal and external applications;
  • Managing the product backlog;
  • Perform market research on user needs and usability studies based on usage data, before incorporating these results into overall product design;
  • Collaborate with other technology partners to define the roles and requirements of various sub-systems involved;
  • Drive activities to research on advance technologies that could be incorporated to enhance user’s experience with the product;
  • Planning of new product features and enhancements to continuously improve user’s experience and hence business success;
  • Communicate product's vision and articulate design vision to various stakeholders.
