Searching for an opportunity to be part of a regional business planning team? Our client in the Banking sector is looking for an experienced and independent MIS Analyst to provide insights to the business’ decision process in the region.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Science or equivalent;
  • Experience with Hyperion planning, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and Microsoft PowerPoint;
  • Experience with building and maintaining database for all financial and non- financial information for products and regions;
  • Experience with data management and reconciling data across several sources;
  • Possess working knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements;
  • A highly analytical self-starter with an eye for details and strong problem solving skills;
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written and spoken) skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in Power BI;
  • Working knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in the region.


  • Co-ordinate the Month End Closing, Forecast and annual budget,  ensuring the revenue growth, balance sheet growth and key lines are in line with management’s expectations;
  • Ensuring all approved forecast and budget are reconciled to system input by country;
  • Prepare high quality monthly / quarterly and adhoc business performance decks to various internal stakeholders including top management, risk, product heads etc, follow up with countries on data quality issues;
  • Perform high level  analysis of PFS performance and commentaries for reporting purpose;
  • Capture key one timers and impact from initiatives and projects;
  • Prepare standard performance deck or adhoc financials for the monthly Business Reviews, showing the relevant details on product P&L, productivity, expenses and headcount;
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine how well country targets are being met;
  • Prepare monthly business decks, headcount (HC) reports and various global PFS performance reports;
  • Perform high level  analysis of PFS performance and commentaries for reporting purpose;
  • Participate in MIS / system automation project and other adhoc projects as defined by Head of PFS Business Finance and Regional lead analyst.
