Our client is seeking for an experienced Project Manager to lead, drive and manage Project & Portfolio Management ( PPM ) / Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) related systems implementation as part of the Organization-wide digital transformation initiatives!
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project management, emphasizing strong comprehension of project management principles;
- At least 5 years of specialized involvement in the operation and support of Project & Portfolio Management ( PPM ) / Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) systems;
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading at least one significant large-scale implementation of a PPM or CRM system project;
- Exhibit a comprehensive grasp of IT SDLC processes and a command of Project Management best practices;
- Showcase adept analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail;
- Display skill in motivating and influencing IT Development and Business teams to drive project advancement;
- Excel in managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring project objectives are met efficiently;
- Exhibit proficiency in vendor management and adeptness in stakeholder communication and overall project oversight;
- Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities, effectively conveying information to various stakeholders.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in Deltek VantagePoint;
- PMP Certified.
Responsibilities
- Be the single point of contact for all Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) / CRM system matters across all project phases, including pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation activities;
- Plan, lead and execute project activities to ensure delivery of projects are on time, within budget, with scope and quality meeting stakeholders’ expectations;
- Manage project changes, risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the project;
- Communicate all key project plans, changes, risks and issues to all relevant stakeholders timely and accurately;
- Collaborate with and manage all project stakeholders, such as sponsor, business users, other IT teams and external vendors, for project activities.
