We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to manage and ensure the timely delivery of Program and Projects, aligning with business objectives.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems;
- Professional qualification in project management is required (e.g., PMP, Prince2) and Agile (e.g., Agile SAFe, Scrum Master, or Kanban);
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on project and program management experience;
- At least 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies and experience working with regional and global teams;
- Strong project management skills in planning, budgeting, tracking, status reporting, and stakeholder management;
- Understanding of various technology platforms across Desktop, Systems, Servers, Data Center, Storage, etc;
- Proficiency in managing complex projects and handling multiple projects simultaneously;
- Preferred working experience in a Center of Excellence model;
- Experience managing at least 1 Office relocation program;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Strong experience in large-scale office integration and relocation projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure the timely delivery of Program and Projects, aligning with business objectives;
- Supervise and guide various workstreams across different platforms to meet project deadlines;
- Collaborate with senior management to define project direction and scope based on strategic needs, and influence stakeholders to make informed decisions;
- Lead the technical team in delivering the planned business value within the project, in consultation with stakeholders and project sponsors;
- Plan and manage the project, including resource scheduling and change control in accordance with company policies and guidelines;
- Proactively assess risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and report them to management in a timely manner;
- Host regular meetings with stakeholders, including management, peers, and vendors;
- Be available for flexible working hours during migration weekends or for after-hours support.
