We are hiring for a PMO to manage IT Project Management & Governance Framework while providing support to cross-functional project teams
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Minimum 2+ years of good understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices is essential;
- The ability to co-ordinate with a team of project managers is crucial;
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes is necessary to ensure that projects deliver high-quality results;
- Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as the ability to adapt to new technologies, is beneficial for efficient project tracking and reporting;
- Presentation skills is key to the role;
- Highly organized, meticulous, detailed oriented with a good aptitude for numbers and strong analytical skills, and comfortable working with sensitive data;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management;
Desirable Skill(s)
- PMP Certification;
Responsibilities
- Serve as the steward of the IT Project Management & Governance Framework;
- Facilitate and Support the Business Management Office (cadences/meetings, strategy planning, reports, management presentations);
- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the connectivity leads and timely reporting, presentation and/or analysis;
- Effective management and utilization of enterprise resources;
- Check Overall progress and health of projects;
- Provide Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio;
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
