Our client is looking for IT Engineer who can provide end user computing support for day to day operations.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field;
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Service Management;
  • Technical knowledge and experience on Microsoft technologies and Networking technologies;
  • Experience working with various stakeholders at multiple levels;
  • Highly organized and process orientated;
  • Good analytical skills and excellent excel skills;
  • Good oral & written communication skills;

Desirable Skill(s)

  • ITIL Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day operations of the end-user technical support to users in Singapore and remote support for other regional offices;
  • Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop/mobility problems for end users, recommend and implement corrective solutions;
  • Provide L1 and L2 technical support for Windows and Mobile OS, File and Print, Office365 services;
  • Perform subject matter expert duties to other support teams when needed; 
  • Work closely and provide technical support to other IT teams as required;
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
