We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to oversee and manage the successful delivery of multiple projects related to the implementation of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 17. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while aligning with the organization's strategic objectives.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Strong understanding of IFRS 17 accounting principles and their impact on financial statements;
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management, including experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional teams;
  • Proven track record of successful program delivery (Project value of at least $15 million), including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocations;
  • Managing various teams of at least 70 pax across different teams/vendors;
  • Experience in managing multiple projects while managing multi vendors;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in change management and the ability to lead stakeholders through complex changes;
  • Experience in risk management and the ability to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • PSM, PMP, CITPM, PRINCE2, MSP certified.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a program plan for the implementation of IFRS 17, including the identification of key milestones, timelines, and project dependencies;
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and vendors to deliver programs related to digital transformation, data & digital platforms and digitizing IT functions;
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver the program;
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocations to ensure the efficient use of resources and timely delivery of project milestones;
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks and ensure the overall success of the program;
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, including senior management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders;
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including executive management, on the progress of the program and any issues that require attention;
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS 17 standards and regulations throughout the program, including the development and implementation of appropriate controls and reporting mechanisms;
  • Manage the program's change management process, including the identification of stakeholders, communication plans, and training programs.
