Our client is seeking for a Senior Manager (Technology Innovation) to lead the development of an innovative strategy for driving digital economy growth with key markets, manage exciting and dynamic work streams, and foster impactful government and business collaborations.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business;
- At least 10 years of experience in innovative or economically driven environment, working on digital technology projects;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to manage project team members across multiple industries;
- Good understanding or analytical skills in uncovering new opportunities for collaboration;
- Keep abreast with emerging technology trends and adaptable to fast changing environment;
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts, and build consensus both internally and externally;
- Strong skills in communication, consulting, negotiation, and conceptualization;
- Excellent writing, presentation, and people engagement skills in both English and Chinese;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience working with government or industry level transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a digital economy growth strategy;
- Provide policy input to support digital projects/collaboration with key markets;
- Manage the Program Office of overseas counterpart for the collaboration;
- Conduct workshops and feasibility studies with relevant agencies and industry players;
- Oversee and shape multiple work streams under the collaboration and report progress to key stakeholders;
- Interface with counterparts to resolve work stream issues and co-organize government to government and business to business engagement platforms;
- Engage industry partners to lead or participate in key work streams;
- Identify policy hurdles and engage industry players to advance collaboration;
- Bring in foreign partners or participants for identified work streams by engaging with counterparts.
