We are looking for a Project admin officer to support various project teams for smooth day-to-day operations in Banking industry.
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Management or related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in coordinating various projects;
- MS Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and JIRA;
- Experienced in working with stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to details;
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience in Banking industry.
- Facilitate and Support the Project Managers on progress and risk reporting, compile status;
- Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth running of the connectivity leads and timely reporting, presentation and/or analysis;
- Responsible for project reporting, project documentation and provide administrative support;
- Effective management and utilization of enterprise resources;
- Check Overall progress and health of projects;
- Provide Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio;
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
