We are looking for Business Intelligence Analyst to manage data visualization and dashboard projects within banking Industry.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics or equivalent;
- Minimum 4 years of experience in delivering end-to-end data solutions;
- Has production knowledge and experience in data modelling and UI development using QlikView/Tableau;
- Involved in Data mapping, Data modelling and scripting to support key performance indicators and time comparison;
- Experience with dashboard features such as detail drilldowns, threshold gauges, alerting mechanisms and pop report;
- Self-driven and operate under Agile methodology;
- Has SQL knowledge and has experience in enhancements, troubleshooting and production releases;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as being a good team player to work well in a team;
- Have a positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in financial management / data governance, consulting background in banking or analytics services.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders for approvals, development and implementation of dashboard projects;
- Support the delivery of analytics initiatives to address business problems with the ability to determine data required;
- Manage digital instrumentation projects undertaken by the team, and be accountable for their delivery;
- Responsible for testing of solutions with real live data and present the results to senior management for approvals;
- Make strategic recommendations based on data analysis, identify insights and implications from institutional data;
- Implement analytical solutions and collaborate with Technology Team to productionize the solutions;
- Engage with the broader analytics community within the bank and align with the overall strategy / direction undertaken by the bank.
