Be responsible for overseeing the communication and coordination between different teams, departments and stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of projects and operations.
Mandatory Skill(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computers, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- 10-15 years of experience in interface management, preferably within the Banking industry;
- Self-starter and extremely hands on in the management of projects;
- Proven leadership skills and evidence of collaboration with customers to develop strategies and solutions of high business value;
- Proven experience at a senior level in a delivery manager or Scum Master (4 to 5 years);
- A good balance of business and technical background;
- Strong project management skills, with experience in Agile methodology and leading cross-functional teams;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Proven experience in identifying, analyzing and managing risk, and developing risk mitigation strategies;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment;
Desirable Skill(s)
- Experience in applications analysis, design and development, preferably on Unsecured Lending applications such as credit card acquiring and issuing;
- Knowledge of cards application like VisionPLUS and/or PowerCard;
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that interfaces between teams and departments are effectively managed;
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure that all parties are kept informed and updated on project progress and issues;
- Identify, analyze and manage interface risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain an interface management plan that covers all aspects of the project;
- Managing project E2E including non-software development activities like training, change management etc;
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues at the project or line level and escalate issues which cannot be resolved in a timely and accurate manner;
- Drive the adoption and maintenance of Agile methodology and standardize practices;
- Analyze and highlight talent and skills gap to the right stakeholder;
- Monitor and report on the progress of interface management activities, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations effectively;
- Ensure that all parties comply with all time and deliverable obligations and resolve any disputes or conflicts that may arise;
- Manage the integration of any third-party contractors and vendors into the interface management process.
