We are seeking for an highly motivated and driven individual who has knowledge in payment implementation & support within the banking and financial industry.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer science or Information Technology;
- Comfortable and independent in handling technical enquiries;
- Basic programming experience in any language and understand basic internet technology and concept of server client communication;
- Able to demonstrate the basic troubleshooting process;
- Comfortable with technical and programming lingo;
- Work as a customer support role in helping customer resolving technical issue;
- Communicate very pragmatic and practical solutions to immensely complex problems;
- Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Understand how a Payment gateway work;
- Understand and use API;
- Knowledge on VBA.
- Understand merchant business model and provide a solution that best fit their need;
- Onboard merchant onto various payment solution based on internal workflow process;
- Coordinate with 3rd party partners / vendors for fault resolution in a timely manner;
- Drive root cause analysis/corrective action processes to ensure the service levels are improved;
- Manage all payment and technical related issues raised by merchants which includes technical and operational-related investigations;
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
