Our client is seeking for an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant cum manager to lead, drive and manage HCM systems implementation as part of the Organization-wide digital transformation initiatives!

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems;
  • At least 8 years of IT project management experience with deep understanding of project management principles;
  • At least 5 years of experience in operating and supporting HR system with at least one of the following ( SAP / Oracle / Peoplesoft ) Human Resources Management Systems ( HRMS / HRIS );
  • Performed at least one successful, large-scale implementation of HR project in a project manager or lead role;
  • Experience in implementation, trouble-shooting and maintenance of HR Information Systems;
  • Sound understanding of HR policy practices, and ability to incorporate and translate them into the HR system;
  • Ability to examine issues from a strategic perspective to identify opportunities/gaps;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong in verbal and written communications;
  • Good vendor management, stakeholder communications, and management.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • PMP Certified.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Core Human Resource (HR) modules as subject matter expert and manage the projects, associated transition and BAU;
  • Be the single point of contact for all IT HRMS matters across all project phases, including pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation activities;
  • Plan, lead and execute project activities to ensure delivery of projects are on time, within budget, with scope and quality meeting stakeholders’ expectations;
  • Manage project changes, risks and issues throughout the lifecycle of the project;
  • Communicate all key project plans, changes, risks and issues to all relevant stakeholders timely and accurately;
  • Collaborate with and manage all project stakeholders, such as sponsor, business users, other IT teams and external vendors, for project activities.
