An exciting opportunity for a Business Support Analyst to be a part of the banking industry.
- Degree or Diploma holder in any field;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Meticulous and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Detailed oriented and able to handle inquiries;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience in working in banking operations.
- Responsible for understanding client's needs and requirements for Payment Services;
- Handle end-to-end Merchant Onboarding Applications;
- Handle merchant's enquiry through phone calls or emails;
- Prepare weekly reports of sales tracking and merchant onboarding;
- Support sales force with general operations to achieve department's objectives;
- Assist in any admin or adhoc projects or work assigned.
