We are looking for an experienced Voice Network Engineer for the Technology Infrastructure Team within the banking industry;

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering;
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in networking industry providing Cisco IP Telephony version 11 & above, Contact Center, Voice logging solutions;
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Callmanager Voice and Cisco Video;
  • Strong Knowledge of IVR, Contact Center, network routing & switching technologies;
  • Willing to work hard and eager to learn about new technologies;
  • Polite and able to communicate well to clients;
  • Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills;

Desirable Skill(s)

  • CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support Operations and Project activities on CUS Voice infrastructure;
  • Daily monitoring of system health attend to any monitoring alerts;
  • Daily Incident tickets handling;
  • Daily fulfillment of Service Requests from users;
  • Involved in network upgrades and commissioning;
  • Prepare network/voice analysis reports, including findings with analysis;
  • Provide Level 2/3 operations support for network and voice infrastructure;
  • Perform changes to the Network/Voice in-line with the organization’s Change Management processes.
