We are looking for highly motivated individual to join our client as a Presales Consultant for supporting and promoting the client engagement with solutioning for IT security products. 

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree/ Diploma in Cyber Security, Computer Science or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Pre-Sales activities to large enterprise or government sector or related field;
  • Candidates with good experience in delivery and implementation of cyber security technology and solutions and open to embark presales consultant role are welcome to apply;
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the security industry and ready to perform demo & presentation on product expertise on keys security technologies;
  • Able to design an architecture & write proposal;
  • Good communications skills both verbal and written;
  • Good experience in customer handling and commercial judgment ;

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Certifications in Network or security such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, CEH;


  • Provide pre-sales technical support on various cybersecurity products to customers and vendors;
  • Work with Sales team closely to develop and position solutions for go to market strategies and customer proposals;
  • Ability to understand customers business requirements and perform Strategic Cybersecurity Solution Selling, Cybersecurity Solutions Demonstration, Perform Proof of Concept for proposed cybersecurity solution / Network Performance solution;
  • Working with Solution Vendors on Business Solution Proposal and attending to RFI/RFP design, compliance ,clarifications and together design guidelines, recommend improvements to customers on the assigned cybersecurity products;
  • Conduct in house lab tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, endpoint/network designs, and endpoint/network deployments using new products and features;
  • Ability to Provide training for Partners, internal team engineers on the product/ technology knowledge;
  • Provide regular update on the new product/ technology to the internal sales staff;
  • Maintain good relationship with customers and vendors.
