We are seeking for a meticulous Business Data Analyst to work on customer experience data within the Banking domain.
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science or equivalent;
- 0-2 years of experience in analyzing business data;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Experience in creating automated dashboards;
- Organized and meticulous;
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skill would be a plus.
- Prepare performance management reports or visualizations;
- Provide regular analysis on operational performance;
- Produce insightful analysis based on operational data and customer feedback;
- Gather, compile and organize data into actionable insights from various sources;
- Perform and support any ad-hoc requests.
