We are hiring for an Application Support Manager to manage a large scale Application System focusing on managing enhancements and fixing application issues.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering;
- Has at least 5 years of relevant experience in Application Support and Operations;
- Ability to work in large groups;
- Experience in data platforms and technologies;
- Excellent team player with the ability to communicate across all levels within the organization;
- Able to work under pressure and ability to provide quick resolution to problems;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in cloud platforms or technologies.
- Responsible to provide application support in all stages of the Information Technology (IT) application life cycle;
- Accountable as the point of contact for service delivery of the Application System;
- Accountable for prioritization and delivery of new enhancements for Application System;
- Manage and communicate with key stakeholders on the operational support of the Application System;
- Work with vendors to resolve issues;
- Monitor and ensure SLAs are met, issues escalated and prioritized;
- Manage, support and track IT changes activities; provide monthly IT application and operations statistics.
