We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join a leading bank's fast paced team as Application Support Analyst.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science/ Engineering;
  • Atleast 3 years experience in Application development and support;
  • Prior experience in providing L1 / L2 application support;
  • Able to troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical issues and routes to appropriate escalation groups;
  • Good communication skills, is able to collaborate and proactive in managing issues;
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Prior experience in the Banking industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of Jira tickets;
  • Taking the ownership of investigating the root cause within SLA; 
  • Responsible for monitoring of production application and batch processing and support overnight close of business processing;
  • Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and provide temporary and/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated;
  • Taking L1/L2 Support of existing BAU systems.
