We are in search for a experienced customer service specialist to work on providing personalized support to consumers.

 

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Diploma or degree in Business / Banking and finance or any other related qualifications;
  • Experienced in Sales/Customer Service/Contact Centre/Call Centre;
  • Possess strong customer service orientation and proven excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to interpret customer needs correctly;
  • Demonstrate creative problem solving and negotiation skills;
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
  • Effective interpersonal skills. Able to relate well to people at all levels.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Previous Banking or Insurance Industry experience is added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering personalized service to customers on banking products and services enquiries;
  • Solicit customer feedback and identity problems to improve services;
  • Identify cross sell opportunities during customer interaction;
  • Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries.
