We are in search for a experienced customer service specialist to work on providing personalized support to consumers.
- Diploma or degree in Business / Banking and finance or any other related qualifications;
- Experienced in Sales/Customer Service/Contact Centre/Call Centre;
- Possess strong customer service orientation and proven excellent customer service skills with demonstrated ability to interpret customer needs correctly;
- Demonstrate creative problem solving and negotiation skills;
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Effective interpersonal skills. Able to relate well to people at all levels.
- Previous Banking or Insurance Industry experience is added advantage.
- Responsible for delivering personalized service to customers on banking products and services enquiries;
- Solicit customer feedback and identity problems to improve services;
- Identify cross sell opportunities during customer interaction;
- Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries.
