Our client is seeking for an experienced Technical Lead to assist in the integration of Azure and O365 products to their current state technologies.
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems;
- At least 8 years of hands-on technical experience on both Azure and O365;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a team;
- Strong stakeholder/ vendor management and is able to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment;
- Familiar with doing system/ product integration projects;
- Proven record in delivering high-impact and complex projects involving different business units;
- Able to work independently and an excellent team player;
- Excellent written, verbal and negotiation skills.
- Certified Scrum Master;
- Lead and manage the integration of the whole suite of Microsoft products with the organization\’s existing state of technologies;
- Involve in the design, implementation and integration with various business units;
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of Azure and Microsoft products;
- Plan the technology roadmap, review technology improvements and feedback throughout the entire development and deployment phase;
- Work with various teams in the gathering of requirements and translate them into technical solutioning;
- Manage an engineering/ development team to see through various ongoing projects and deliveries;
- Understand the entire development processes and systems and ensure compliance to the policies and guidelines;
- Identify opportunities and develop technical design/ solutions to ensure sustainability and growth for the organization;
- Communicate effective with various stakeholders in terms of project progress and challenges.
