We are seeking an Experienced Application Support Engineer to join one of our leading clients and maintain the efficiency of their software applications.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
  • At least 2-3 years of hands-on support experience in application support for web applications in end-user environment;
  • Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and rectifying them;
  • Strong in maintaining application upgrades/ enhancements;
  • Familiar with any technical development technologies;
  • Good experience with software Quality Assurance ,issue and vulnerability management;
  • Open for 24/7, stand-by and/or on-call support service on need basis;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in Microsoft SharePoint .

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC;
  • Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements;
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems;
  • Support the team in defining project requirements, tracking and documentation;
  • Work with clients and business users to establish and maintain good relationship;
  • Provide 24/7 on call support when required.
