We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive and be a part of a digital transformation journey of a leading financial institution.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or other relevant majors;
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst;
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, functional testing and documentation;
- Experienced in designing and mapping processes in insurance sector;
- Good stakeholder management experience with Business and Technology team;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Good communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Prior experience in Insurance sector;
- Familiarity with Smart400, Life400 and/or Life/Asia system.
- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams;
- Work with business stakeholders to gather business requirements to ensure requirements are captured, completed and documented;
- Work with the development team to review deliverable and provide feedback;
- Develop detailed process maps and workflows;
- Design and execute test cases;
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert by providing expertise related to the Insurance platform and systems.
