We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to drive and be a part of a digital transformation journey of a leading financial institution.
 

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or other relevant majors;
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a business analyst;
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, functional testing and documentation;
  • Experienced in designing and mapping processes in insurance sector;
  • Good stakeholder management experience with Business and Technology team;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Good communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Prior experience in Insurance sector;
  • Familiarity with Smart400, Life400 and/or Life/Asia system.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between business and technology teams;
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather business requirements to ensure requirements are captured, completed and documented;
  • Work with the development team to review deliverable and provide feedback;
  • Develop detailed process maps and workflows; 
  • Design and execute test cases;
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert by providing expertise related to the Insurance platform and systems.
