We are hiring for an Application Support Analyst to work on supporting multiple mission critical front-end applications & APIs, for our esteemed client.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science , Information technology or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support role for a multi- tiered technology platform to resolve issues;
- Must have experience working on websites, web applications, middleware and API technologies;
- Having good knowledge of application development, testing, component design along with scripting & content management;
- Should have experience in providing production support to monitor and close the gaps and automate routine tasks;
- Strong knowledge in Cloud, Web infrastructure security and compliance;
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to multi-task;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross-organizational teams;
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Experienced in Sitecore.
- Provide production support for applications related to Content Management System( CMS), Booking & Payment Systems, Marketing websites & other associated applications;
- Involved in day to day maintenance of the application systems;
- Identify, troubleshoot and document the application issues and resolutions;
- Ensure the SLAs are achieved;
- Working closely with Business & Technical teams to do Root cause analysis and implement solutions;
- Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
