Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology;
  • 10-20 years experience from within the Telco / Systems Integration Industry;
  • Proven track record in leading complex System Integration Projects / Programs;
  • Ability to build strong Customer Relationships at C-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc.), and has strong communication skills;
  • Well proven, excellent ability to transform customer requirements and expectations at a high level into a solution draft that can be realize as a customer engagement;
  • Excellent Consulting skills with a proven track record in delivering results;
  • Excellent Leadership abilities proven from line manager position or other comparable positions;
  • Proven ability to drive team engagements in a tough and time pressed environment;
  • In depth knowledge of the telecom industry, including a thorough understanding of economic / commercial / political issues affecting the industry

Desirable Skill(s)

  • PMP Certified.


  • Responsible for contract fulfillment, managing complex integration/transformation programs;
  • Actively seeking to improve company’s business objectives since these programs often have visible impact on the Business Unit and corporate results;
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert with extensive telecom and services knowledge;
  • Ensure alignment of the Customer Solution with the company’s portfolio strategy;
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and scoping of customers solution;
  • Identify and drive potential sales opportunities/add-on sales;
  • Setup, manage and deliver the program as defined in the Program Specification;
  • Drive the scope definition, cost calculation and planning for different players; internal (near/offshore and Product Units) external 3rd party SI or Consultant players;
  • Understand the customer needs, then translate, analyse and define customer requirements;
  • Drive together with the assigned solution team the definition of the total customer solution: leveraging products, consulting, system integration capabilities and third party best of breed packages;
  • To manage the program operational relationship with the customer to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements, avoiding over or under delivery/engineering;
  • Drives with assigned solution team the definition of the total customer solution;
  • Achieve satisfactory financial outcome and Customer satisfaction.
