Our established banking client is seeking an experienced internal Communications Lead to manage end-to-end campaigns and programmes to transform the technology and operations team!
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and internal communications;
- Strong experience in delivering projects across digital platforms and digitally-savvy;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, constantly delivering multiple deliverables and projects;
- Good understanding of UX/UI, as well as SharePoint functions;
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Able to work independently with strong passion in digital platforms.
- Experience in the financial sector;
- Plan and execute initiatives and campaigns across the entire technology and operations department;
- Manage significant programmes and events for internal stakeholders;
- Drive the one-stop digital platform that enriches employees with the latest ongoing and developments within the organisation;
- Drive brand awareness and initiatives across the entire organisation;
- Understand the behaviors of the audience on the various digital platforms and translate those findings into a business dashboard;
- Provide business and digital assets support to the technology and operations team.
