Our established banking client is seeking an experienced internal Communications Lead to manage end-to-end campaigns and programmes to transform the technology and operations team!

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management and internal communications;
  • Strong experience in delivering projects across digital platforms and digitally-savvy;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, constantly delivering multiple deliverables and projects;
  • Good understanding of UX/UI, as well as SharePoint functions;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Able to work independently with strong passion in digital platforms.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in the financial sector;
  • PMP-certified.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute initiatives and campaigns across the entire technology and operations department;
  • Manage significant programmes and events for internal stakeholders;
  • Drive the one-stop digital platform that enriches employees with the latest ongoing and developments within the organisation;
  • Drive brand awareness and initiatives across the entire organisation;
  • Understand the behaviors of the audience on the various digital platforms and translate those findings into a business dashboard;
  • Provide business and digital assets support to the technology and operations team.
