Our client in the financial services sector is looking to hire Helpdesk Support Professionals in their team of experts.

Mandatory Skill(s)

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification;
  • At least 1 year of related experience in large organization;
  • Hands on working experience in providing 1st level support for IT applications;
  • Adept at handling incoming enquiries with great professionalism and positive attitude;
  • Must be proactive and possess excellent soft skills;
  • A team player with good communication skills both written and verbal.

Desirable Skill(s)

  • Experience in supporting sales applications;

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st Level support for IT applications;
  • Responsible for handling incoming calls and email enquiries and resolve it to satisfaction;
  • Escalate any unresolved issues to the next level within the agreed procedure;
  • Proactively identify areas of service and process improvement and make recommendations;
  • Provide onsite system support if required;
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as designated.
