Our client in the financial services sector is looking to hire Helpdesk Support Professionals in their team of experts.
- Diploma or Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification;
- At least 1 year of related experience in large organization;
- Hands on working experience in providing 1st level support for IT applications;
- Adept at handling incoming enquiries with great professionalism and positive attitude;
- Must be proactive and possess excellent soft skills;
- A team player with good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in supporting sales applications;
- Provide 1st Level support for IT applications;
- Responsible for handling incoming calls and email enquiries and resolve it to satisfaction;
- Escalate any unresolved issues to the next level within the agreed procedure;
- Proactively identify areas of service and process improvement and make recommendations;
- Provide onsite system support if required;
- Any other ad-hoc assignments as designated.
