Enjoys new product launches and all the excitement associated with it. We are searching for the right candidate to assist our client in the Financial industry to manage the implementation of new launches and enhancements.
- Degree in computer science or with at least 10 years of project management experience;
- Proven record of delivering projects especially with tight timelines;
- Ability to lead cross functional teams/departments to meet business goals;
- Strong ability to solve problems, prioritize and multi-task;
- Managed change Implementation for products;
- Able to deal with ambiguity and changes;
- Good communication skills;
- Able to foster good working relationship with various teams and departments within the organization.
- CITPM or PMP.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for the assigned products or product related initiatives;
- Provide in-depth analysis on existing systems, interface requirements, business process and operational needs for implementing new products;
- Manage and evaluate business requirements from stakeholders to ensure product is implemented with minimal risk exposures;
- Responsible for tracking and follow-through after product launches;
- Review product collaterals;
- Maintain documentations relating to targeted product launch or product related initiatives;
- Identify and lead process improvement related activities for the section / department;
- Able to mentor and train team members.
